The Seagate Foodbank, located in Toledo, Ohio is an independent non-profit agency helping to serve hungry individuals and the food challenged in 18 counties throughout the Northwest Ohio including:
Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Williams, Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert, Henry, Putnam, Henry, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Hancock, Wyandotte, Erie, Huron.

What makes Seagate Foodbank different:
- We DO NOT charge a membership fee
- We DO NOT charge a fee for the food we distribute
- 99.3% of all cash donations go directly back to help us feed the needy (we keep our operating expenses below 1%)
- We ARE NOT dependent on government funding
- During an average month, we help feed 94,000 people
As a foodbank, we do not distribute food to the general public we distribute our food to food pantries, soup kitchens, missions and various other facilities and organizations who in turn help feed the hungry in their individual communities. Our goal is to collect sufficient funds to be able to provide fresh milk throughout the summer to the needy children of our area.

Coming Up
The Seagate Food Bank is participating in a wonderful program initiated by the Alan Shawn Feinstein Foundation. This challenge sponsored by Mr. Feinstein is an opportunity for us to find generous donors, to donate, and the Feinstein Foundation will make that money go even farther. Mr. Feinstein will share 1 million dollars among the participating organizations. If we work together to meet his challenge together we can come a little closer to ending hunger in our area. Please look over Mr. Feinstein's proposal and consider a Seagate donation to help a neighbor in need!

Seagate Food Bank as joined with 5 community partners for this fabulous new food drive promotion. France Law Group, American Kenpo Karate, Papa G's Pizza N' Grill, Smith Bonds & Surety, Reve Salon & Spa, Walton Insurance and Origami Owl By Kristy Stewart will donate a nonperishable food item to the Seagate Food Bank for every individual that joins their Facebook page between April 26th and May 12th.
This promotion makes it soooooo easy for you to participate and help the food challenged families and individuals in your community.
